I'm really here!

I am sitting on a patio listening to the birds and watching butterflies. In Uganda. And I am so very happy.

We arrived last night, made all our connections and received all our luggage! We got to see Godfrey! We slept at a babies home in Entebbe. Crawled under our mosquito net and fell fast asleep. This morning the most beautiful little voices singing woke me. It was precious. I enjoyed my cold shower and rushed out to see the older kids before they left for school. So happy I woke up in time. I got to meet a little one who we 'prayer sponsor'. A friend who adopted from this babies home asked friends to be prayer sponsors with the kids at the babies home. We have sweet little girls pic on our fridge. And it's our blessing to get to pray for her, but to get to meet her?!?!?! What a moment. The big kids ate and were off to school while the younger ones were getting their showers, dressing and getting ready for breakfast. It was so fun to be with the kids. Before we left Keith pulled out his guitar and we enjoyed singing and dancing with these precious ones.

And then we got a rolex. On the side of the road. And it was just as delicious as I remembered! We've made some other stops dropping things off here and there and seeing some familiar faces. Fun day.

And I met this baby. Who is adorable. And I want to hold her for the rest of the day. And she is named one of my favorite names. And she just woke up. So I gotta go!!
